Meetbit

July 2022 - Present

Web app and features I designed for my internship at Meetbit - a startup scheduling platform. All designs are either live or previously published to the company's website prior to certain changes.

Browser Screens

To reduce friction, Meetbit began transitioning from its desktop application to a web app. This required a simplified design of the current desktop app to make the experience smoother for new users. Not all features are currently available on the web app, thus multiple CTAs to download/open the desktop app is shown in the designs - including a popup notification on the lower right.

As of January 2023, the web app for desktop is live and can be previewed in meetbit.io/app (with an account). However, the mobile browser version is still under construction.

Custom Questions

A current user of Meetbit requested adding a questionnaire/form that could be added before or after their Meeting Link. This would allow the creator to gather important information from their invitees such as name, company, position, contact number, etc.

Desktop App Onboarding

To allow new users to quickly learn and utilize the main features of a Meeting Link, I designed the onboarding to encourage them to create their first Meeting Link.

Sign Up Redesign

To encourage new sign ups from both the website and Meeting Links, together with the Product head, I helped in the redesign of the sign up page. This included showing users how quick and easy it is to schedule a meeting with Meetbit and rearranging and redesigning the sign up CTAs to prioritize signing up with a Google or Microsoft account.

Sign Up - Popup

Prior to the redesign and realignment of Meetbit, I designed these popups to encourage users to create an account. These popups were placed on the most visited pages of the website after the homepage. Both popups have tailored messages for each page to convince users to create an account based on the information they have already read from the page.
