Based on the minimal research conducted, a main pain point that was observed was the lack of trust customers have with online sellers. This could be due to lack of when-worn photos, leading customers to be unaware of the jewelry's size or look on them. Another issue that caused the lack of trust was incorrect materials listed in the product's description or the material's description would be misleading to customers. This detail is important for those who wish to invest more in their jewelry pieces or are allergic to certain materials such as alloy or brass.
As this application is still an e-commerce platform, it includes the usual screens such as the homepage with carousels for announcements, search page with similar products grouped into categories, user reviews, and a cart and checkout page.
To address the issues faced by users, the materials are listed with each product. Users can then tap on each material to learn more about the material that is guaranteed by the brand to have reliable information.
Additionally, users can use the brand's Virtual Try-on feature. This feature will scan the user's face and allow them to get a view of what the different jewelry designs, colors, and sizes would look on them before they make a purchase.
